Jeff Gaines Construction, Inc. was established out of the work that I was doing with my father.  I was born in California, only to follow him to Colorado when I was 20 years old to learn the business of custom home construction.  When he passed in 2001, I decided to take over his company, created Jeff Gaines Construction, Inc., and settle in Colorado.

In the past 20 years, the business has broadened specialties to also include commercial framing and finish, multi-family complexes, and improvements and remodels. With a renewed business structure and effective organization, our revenue streams, jobs awarded, and demographic expansion has more than quadrupled - with numbers increasing by the year! 

In the decision to make Colorado my home, I met my wife, Jennifer and together we have two children, Skylar and Addisyn.  Jenn is a full-time, devoted mom and owns a real estate company, The Gaines Advantage, earning the title as one of the top real estate agents within her agency, EXIT Realty in Colorado.  Combining our experience in these industries, we are able to acknowledge the ever-changing market and make successful adaptations.

Living in Colorado has no meaning if we are not taking advantage.  Our hobbies include camping, hiking, boating, and taking the time to hang out with our friends.  As a family, we recently received our Scuba Diving certifications and enjoy diving when we get away.
